National Child Traumatic Stress Network at the University of California Los Angeles & Duke University
Thrive is pleased to be leading the instructional design approach for the redesign of the Network's beloved Resource Parent Curriculum. This multi-module program provides training on trauma-informed caregiving to foster parents, kinship caregivers, and guardians. Jeanette is working with a diverse group of Subject Matter Experts including parents, trainers, and child welfare professionals in support of a collaborative transformation of this product that will serve children and families all across the United States.
Land Trust Alliance's Urban Conservationists Peer Network
The Network supports land trust members from all around the country who work in cities and towns to preserve and protect land. Thrive is happy to support the Network as an independent facilitator for all 2024 and 2025 convenings.

Thrive was invited to subcontract with them to support a curriculum on racial equity and child/family well-being.
East Buffalo Development Corporation

East Buffalo Development Corporation is a Black-led, community-based organization. The mission is to leverage private and public funds to drive equitable and inclusive Eastside development, planning, construction, land use, and community engagement. Thrive is supporting their launch with a range of capacity-building services including board development, mission/vision/values development, executive coaching and strategic planning.
Resources and Help Against Marital Abuse (RAHAMA)
Buffalo, NY
RAHAMA is the only female- and Muslim-led nonprofit organization in Western New York that specializes in underserved immigrant, refugee, and Muslim women facing domestic violence. They serve all women through empowerment and services to guide survivors to independence. Thrive is honored to be involved with the organization throughout 2024 to provide organizational development and training.
